Using technologies that are usually relegated to car design and super-yachts, YO! Home’s founder, Simon Woodroffe created a modern, forward-thinking alternative to the small urban apartment. At the touch of a button or the pull of a handle, twelve moving parts transform the tiny apartment into a luxurious living space with all the amenities of a much larger house. With a mere 262 sq ft. to work with, he created a dynamic living space with master suite, second bedroom, sunken sitting room, cinema, dining room, office, full size kitchen, breakfast room, bathroom/spa, party room, wine cellar and storage. We’ve shared the amazing features of the futuristic prototype below.
